Amazon PPC Case Study
From Rising Ad Costs to Scalable Revenue Growth
The Challenge
The brand was generating sales, but rising advertising costs and an inefficient campaign structure were limiting its ability to scale profitably.
Campaigns lacked a clear separation between high-performing and exploratory keywords, while valuable search terms were not being targeted efficiently. This resulted in wasted ad spend, inconsistent campaign performance, and limited opportunities to convert PPC visibility into stronger organic rankings.
The main objective was to restructure the advertising strategy, improve keyword targeting, reduce advertising inefficiencies, and create a stronger connection between PPC performance and organic growth.
Our Approach
We implemented a structured Amazon PPC strategy focused on four key areas:
1. Campaign Restructuring
Campaigns were reorganized around clear targeting objectives, allowing high-performing keywords, product targets, and discovery campaigns to be managed more effectively.
2. Keyword Optimization
Search-term performance was analyzed to identify valuable keywords, eliminate inefficient targeting, and prioritize terms with stronger conversion potential.
3. Bid & Budget Optimization
Budgets and bids were continuously adjusted according to campaign performance, helping reduce inefficient spend while protecting profitable traffic.
4. Organic Ranking Support
PPC data was used to identify commercially valuable search terms and strengthen keyword visibility, helping turn paid traffic into additional organic sales opportunities.

Within 112 days, the account achieved substantial growth across both paid and organic channels.

| Metric | Before | After | Improvement |
|---|---|---|---|
| Total Revenue | $18,420 | $239,460 | +1,200% |
| ACoS | 41.8% | 27.6% | ↓ 14.2 pts |
| TACoS | 22.1% | 15.9% | ↓ 6.2 pts |

The Impact
The biggest win was not simply generating more advertising sales—it was building a more efficient growth engine.
Revenue increased from $18,420 to $239,460, while ACoS simultaneously improved from 41.8% to 27.6%.
At the same time, TACoS declined from 22.1% to 15.9%, indicating that advertising became a more efficient component of the overall revenue mix.
Organic revenue also grew significantly, increasing from $10,180 to $126,240. This helped reduce reliance on paid traffic while creating a stronger foundation for continued Amazon growth.
Key Win
More Revenue. Better Efficiency. Stronger Organic Growth.
In just 112 days, the brand moved from inefficient advertising and limited growth momentum to a significantly stronger revenue position.
