Amazon PPC Case Study
From Campaign Overlap to Controlled Revenue Scaling
The Challenge
The account had too many overlapping campaigns competing for the same search terms. This created unnecessary internal competition, made budget allocation more difficult, and reduced visibility into which campaigns and keywords were actually driving profitable sales.
With multiple campaigns targeting similar search terms, the account lacked a clear structure for separating high-performing targets from campaigns designed for discovery. This made it harder to scale successful campaigns while keeping advertising costs under control.
The main objective was to simplify the account structure, eliminate unnecessary campaign overlap, improve budget allocation, and create a cleaner PPC foundation for controlled scaling.
Our Approach
We implemented a structured Amazon PPC strategy focused on four key areas:
1. Campaign Consolidation
Overlapping campaigns were reviewed and reorganized to reduce internal competition and create clearer targeting responsibilities across the account.
2. Keyword & Target Organization
Keywords and product targets were evaluated based on performance and intent, helping establish a cleaner separation between proven targets and discovery opportunities.
3. Bid & Budget Optimization
Bids and budgets were adjusted according to campaign performance, allowing stronger campaigns to receive more focused investment while inefficient areas were controlled.
4. Controlled Scaling
Once the account structure was streamlined, profitable campaigns and proven targeting opportunities could be scaled more systematically without unnecessarily increasing wasted spend.
Results
Within 60 days, the account achieved substantial growth across total revenue and PPC revenue while improving both ACoS and TACoS.

| Metric | Before | After | Improvement |
|---|---|---|---|
| Total Revenue | $13,850 | $124,650 | +800% |
| ACoS | 35.9% | 21.9% | ↓ 14.0 pts |
| PPC Revenue | $6,420 | $58,400 | +810% |
| TACoS | 18.6% | 11.8% | ↓ 6.8 pts |

The Impact
The biggest win was creating a cleaner account structure that made controlled scaling possible.
Total revenue increased from $13,850 to $124,650, representing +800% growth within the 60-day period.
PPC revenue also increased from $6,420 to $58,400, representing +810% growth. With overlapping campaigns reorganized and targeting responsibilities clarified, the account was able to put greater focus on opportunities that were already demonstrating stronger sales potential.
At the same time, ACoS improved from 35.9% to 21.9%, reducing the proportion of revenue being spent on advertising.
TACoS also declined from 18.6% to 11.8%, showing improved advertising efficiency relative to the account’s overall revenue.
Key Win
Cleaner Structure. Controlled Scaling. Stronger Efficiency.
In just 60 days, the account moved from overlapping campaigns and internal competition to a more organized PPC structure designed for controlled growth.
