Amazon PPC Case Study
From PPC Dependency to Stronger Organic Revenue Growth
The Challenge
The brand was generating sales, but a large portion of its revenue was heavily dependent on PPC, while organic contribution remained relatively low.
The account needed a strategy that could improve advertising efficiency while simultaneously creating stronger organic sales momentum. High advertising dependence made it difficult to maintain profitable growth, and the brand had an opportunity to capture more revenue through improved organic visibility.
The main objective was to optimize PPC performance, reduce inefficient advertising dependency, and use paid-search data to identify opportunities that could contribute to stronger organic revenue.
Our Approach
We implemented a structured Amazon PPC strategy focused on four key areas:
1. PPC Campaign Optimization
Campaigns were analyzed to identify performance gaps, inefficient targeting, and areas where advertising spend could be better allocated.
2. Keyword & Search-Term Optimization
Search-term data was reviewed to identify valuable keywords with strong commercial potential. High-performing terms were prioritized while inefficient traffic was reduced.
3. Bid & Budget Optimization
Bids and budgets were continuously adjusted according to performance, helping control wasted spend while maintaining visibility on profitable opportunities.
4. Organic Growth Support
PPC data was used to identify relevant, high-converting search terms and strengthen the account’s overall keyword visibility, helping paid traffic contribute to increased organic sales.
Results
Within 110 days, the account achieved substantial growth in total revenue and organic revenue while significantly improving advertising efficiency.

| Metric | Before | After | Improvement |
|---|---|---|---|
| Total Revenue | $19,740 | $296,100 | +1,400% |
| ACoS | 39.6% | 21.8% | ↓ 17.8 pts |
| TACoS | 23.4% | 11.6% | ↓ 11.8 pts |
| Organic Revenue | $8,120 | $154,280 | +1,800% |

The Impact
The biggest win was growing total revenue while significantly increasing the contribution from organic sales.
Total revenue increased from $19,740 to $296,100, representing +1,400% growth within the 110-day period.
At the same time, ACoS improved from 39.6% to 21.8%, allowing the account to generate substantially more revenue with a lower advertising cost relative to sales.
TACoS also declined from 23.4% to 11.6%, showing that advertising became a smaller proportion of the account’s overall revenue while total sales continued to grow.
The strongest organic improvement came from organic revenue, which increased from $8,120 to $154,280, representing +1,800% growth. This significantly strengthened the account’s revenue mix and reduced reliance on paid advertising alone.
Key Win
More Revenue. Stronger Organic Sales. Less PPC Dependence.
In just 110 days, the brand moved from heavy PPC dependency and limited organic contribution to a much stronger and more balanced revenue position.
